On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen — complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee machine — connects to a comfortable dining area and a welcoming living space with TV and a large sofa, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach.

From the kitchen, you step outside to the private pool, the heart of summer days at the villa. The sun deck is equipped with loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after the sea.
