Eden Charming House, is a lovely flat in a villa with independent access, spacious and comfortable that can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a comfortable living room with kitchenette

The property's strong point is undoubtedly the well-kept swimming pool and the large solarium equipped with gazebo, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, deckchairs, dining area with tables and chairs, and barbecue. 
The area is well served by clubs, restaurants, supermarkets and above all a stone's throw from the sea.

Strategic point to easily reach the main beaches and nature reserves; a few kilometers away from Syracuse- Ortigia and the Plemmirio nature reserve; Noto and the Vendicari nature reserve; Cassibile Nature Reserve - Laghetti di Cava Grande; Marzamemi and Portopalo. The area is served by the most famous bars in Avola where you can taste the famous granitas and the main desserts made with the Pizzuta di Avola almond. There are also restaurants, tobacconists, markets and the shopping area of the city.

Possibility to book the private transfer from the nearest airports, Catania and Como. Direct buses from Catania airport, Bus in connection with the nearest cities (Siracusa- Noto- Catania) Taxi, car and bike rental. Urban shuttle that connects all the squares of the historic center to the shopping center and the shoreline beaches.

It is possible to check in from 15:00 to 20:00, in addition to the possibility of late check in until 23:00 with a supplement of 50 euros.
